Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager at Peel District School Board
Lead impactful construction initiatives as a Project Manager at Peel District School Board. Oversee projects from design to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

This role requires strong leadership in the Design & Construction Department, focusing on managing institutional projects. Candidates should possess expertise in construction documents, Ontario Building Code, and budget management. You will supervise multiple concurrent projects while fostering collaboration with various stakeholders including architects, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction projects from beginning to end

• Review and prepare construction schedules and documents

• Monitor contractor performance and code compliance

• Prepare reports for the Board of Trustees

• Engage with community stakeholders and school officials

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or Architecture

• At least 5 years of project management experience

• Strong knowledge of construction administration and building codes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
