Project Manager - Cladding Projects

Manage and execute cladding projects across the GTA with Triumph Group. This role emphasizes effective communication with clients and a hands-on approach to project management.

As a Project Manager for Cladding, you'll lead significant commercial projects by overseeing budgets, timelines, and site operations. With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, you’ll coordinate with various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with quality and building standards. Your relationship-building skills will drive project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cladding projects from contract initiation to completion

• Coordinate material deliveries and construction schedules

• Manage RFIs and change orders, collaborating with estimating

• Conduct regular site evaluations and updates with stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to specifications and building codes throughout

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in cladding or construction project management

• Strong understanding of cladding systems and exterior materials

• Familiarity with construction project management tools like Procore

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

• Educational background in construction management is advantageous
