Overview

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of retail remodeling and construction projects. Your responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring material delivery. Previous experience in carpentry and fixture installation is essential, along with solid client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise subcontractors across all finish-out trades
Manage scheduling and delivery of materials overnight
Maintain updated project files using MS Excel and Outlook
Provide job-site progress photos through digital photography
Perform occasional hands-on labor as required

Requirements

High School Diploma or trade school preferred
Minimum of 5 years in retail or restaurant construction
Experience as a Superintendent on remodeling projects
Ability to read construction documents
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
