Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting an HSE Administrator for the Ontario Division. Reporting to the HSE Supervisor on a heavy rail project in Etobicoke, this role assists with health and safety programs across the site, acting as the first point of contact for anyone entering the project site.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Lead Safety Programs - Lead health and safety at site and ensure compliance while working with the HSE Supervisor
Train and Mentor - Conduct orientations, deliver HSE training and toolbox talks when needed
Investigation and Report - Analyze safety trends, and maintain accurate safety records
Engage Clients - Provide safety updates, reports, and maintain strong client relationships
Drive Continuous Improvement - Monitor site conditions, participate in COR audits, and support best practices
The Right Tools for the Job
Education:
Occupational Health & Safety diploma or equivalent;
National Construction Safety Officer designation required
Experience:
1+ years in safety or related field, with experience on ICI, rail, or transportation projects
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, incident investigation, and compliance; proficiency in MS Office and online reporting tools
Compensation Salary Range $60,000 to $70,000 per annum
Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
