As the Senior Project Coordinator for Chandos, you will work closely with the Project Manager and direct your efforts towards the management of project documentation, cost reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that all aspects of construction projects meet set safety and operational standards. This position invites individuals with strong organizational skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of project documentation and reports

• Set up effective tracking and monitoring systems for projects

• Administer and attend trade contractor meetings and manage invoices

• Oversee project administration linked to payroll and safety reporting

• Review and ensure compliance with construction plans

Requirements:

• Two-plus years as a Project Coordinator in construction

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in the field

• Competency in reading field drawings and schematics

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam Revu

• Knowledge of compliance regulations in construction
