Senior Project Manager – High Rise Multi Residential

For over 50 years our client has been providing complete construction management, construction consulting and land development services throughout Ontario. They are in continual growth mode and have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager.

The Senior Project Manager will lead all aspects of construction management for multifamily residential development projects, from pre-construction through project completion.

The first project you will be working on is one that will be breaking ground in the GTA West in the next few short weeks.

In collaboration with ownership groups, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, on time, and within established budget parameters.

• Coordinate design development, manage budgets and schedules, and support procurement activities.
• Oversee consultant and trade relationships, administer contracts, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with ownership groups, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up multifamily high rise residential concrete construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, and project delivery within Ontario.
• Strong understanding of Construction Management delivery methodologies, including CM as Agent (CCDC 5A) project structures.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code requirements, permitting processes, and construction regulations.
• Estimating and underwriting experience is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project budgeting systems, and construction management software platforms.
• Existing relationships with Ontario trade contractors, consultants, and subcontractors are considered a significant asset.

Vaughan based office with periodic site visits as required.
