Key Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed review of drawings and specifications

• Develop and communicate a 2-week look-ahead schedule

• Participate in weekly progress review meetings with Trades

• Maintain site files and organize office supplies

• Report challenges to the Site Superintendent promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum three years' experience in construction project management

• College Diploma or Engineering Degree required

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure

• Valid driver’s license and good organizational skills
