Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractor coordination

• Manage project scheduling, budget, and scope development

• Establish site safety procedures with the safety team

• Inspect project compliance and facilitate client interactions

• Maintain project reports and logs efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or related field

• 5+ years of industrial design-build experience

• Strong communication and managerial skills

• Proficiency in reading construction documents

• Willingness to travel (up to 100%)
