Civil Works Manager

Position: Civil Works Manager at ELITS
Take charge of civil works projects with ELITS Canada Inc, a leader in cloud technology. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee project execution, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for all civil works, financial control through scheduling, and managing quality assurance. Collaboration is key as you work closely with service providers and internal teams to deliver excellence. Your skills in project management, problem-solving, and employee supervision will drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess charges to agreed site designs

• Ensure customer-approved materials are installed

• Supervise site for safety and quality

• Coordinate site activities and problem-solve

• Prepare progress reports and updates for management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Experience managing 200+ site builds

• Strong leadership in a collaborative environment

• Deep technical insight into civil works

• Proven record in managing project timelines
