Canam Internship: Field Services Coordinator

Join Canam as a Field Services Coordinator Intern in Mississauga, Ontario.

As an intern, you'll collaborate with the Field Operations Manager on projects from Kingston, Sudbury, or Ottawa. Your tasks will include updating schedules via MS Project, generating daily reports, and aiding quality control efforts. This dynamic role requires a willingness to travel to various sites and potentially work overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update project schedules using MS Project and Smartsheet

• Generate daily and progress reports for site operations

• Assist Site Superintendent with quality control processes

• Validate delivery schedules and slips

• Attend project coordination meetings with contractors

Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and AutoCAD

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Strong organization and multitasking abilities

• Availability to travel to assigned construction sites
