Join Dennis Group as a Construction Project Leader, specializing in the food and beverage sector across North America. Expect a 10-day work period onsite followed by 4 days off in a dynamic team environment.

As a Construction Manager II/III, you will manage multiple aspects of medium-sized industrial projects, ensuring quality compliance and safety regulations are maintained throughout. Candidates should boast extensive experience in project management and a knack for fostering effective communication among project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily activities of construction teams and subcontractors

• Oversee budget management and project accounting tasks

• Ensure implementation of safety practices at job sites

• Facilitate client and subcontractor communications effectively

• Conduct regular jobsite audits to ensure progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant construction discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management

• Strong understanding of all construction phases

• Proficiency with relevant software, including AutoCAD

• Capacity to travel frequently to job sites
