Position: Lead Construction Projects across Western
Take charge as a Construction Project Manager, directing Industrial, Institutional, and Commercial projects in Western Canada. Oversee everything from planning through to execution and final completion while ensuring project success.

This position, with our respected client, is ideal for a Construction Project Manager with over 5 years in the General Contracting arena. You will handle multiple project delivery methods and manage everything from budgets to schedules. A background in construction management, engineering, or related education, alongside strong communication skills, is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from planning through to closeout

• Manage contracts, invoices, and project documentation

• Prepare monthly progress claims for owner payment

• Facilitate collaboration in client meetings

• Identify risks and ensure timely project progression

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience

• Thorough understanding of construction management

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project

• Strong organizational skills across multiple projects

• Flexibility to support projects across provinces
