Role Overview  The Project Manager, Cladding manages the full lifecycle of commercial cladding projects across the GTA, from contract award through to site close-out. You will oversee project budgets and costs, coordinate materials and equipment, and work closely with estimating, site supervisors, and general contractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope. This role puts you on-site regularly, where you will meet with owners and GCs, review progress, and resolve issues before they become problems.

You work directly with clients and consultants throughout the project, so building and maintaining those relationships is a core part of the job. The people who thrive here are organized, direct, and comfortable owning their projects from start to finish without needing to be chased.

What You Bring to the Table   Technical Skills
3 to 5 years of project management experience in cladding, building envelope, or a related construction discipline
Working knowledge of cladding systems and exterior building envelope materials, with the ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, and change order processes
Familiarity with Procore or a comparable construction project management platform for RFI tracking, submittals, and scheduling
Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering technology, or a related field is an asset

You take ownership of schedule and budget performance and are comfortable having direct conversations when scope changes or timelines shift
You build working relationships with clients and general contractors that make projects easier to run and create repeat business
You are comfortable on-site and practical about problem-solving, you find the path forward when things do not go as planned
You hold a high standard on the work and follow through on commitments, even when it would be easier to let something slide

Duties & Responsibilities   Manage a portfolio of cladding projects from contract award through to close-out, including budget setup, cost tracking, and final billing
Coordinate materials and equipment procurement and delivery schedules to support site sequencing and avoid delays
Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents, coordinating with estimating to assess scope and cost impacts accurately
Visit sites regularly to meet with GCs, owners, and supervisors to review progress, coordinate start dates, confirm site logistics, and resolve field issues
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Review shop drawings, submittals, and field reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable building codes
Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with site supervisors, trades, and general contractors
Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and applicable building code requirements
Maintain and develop relationships with clients and consultants to support repeat work and long-term division growth
Prepare project status updates for division leadership, identifying risks, cost exposures, and schedule impacts early
