Flynn is seeking a skilled Estimator to prepare takeoffs, manage quotations, and work closely with clients on roofing projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned roofing projects

• Follow up on quotations and tenders efficiently

• Consult with clients to discuss project requirements

• Manage area calculations and material lists accurately

• Update quotation summaries for active jobs

Requirements:

• College diploma in a relevant construction program

• Experience with ICI sector estimating, particularly roofing

• Strong blueprint reading and MS Office skills

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Motivated to learn and grow within the role
