Experienced Restoration Estimator

We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in restoration estimating.

Your role will include reviewing drawings, preparing detailed project estimates, and liaising with project managers for seamless project transitions. You'll be at the forefront of our significant capital restoration projects, bringing your technical expertise to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed estimates and competitive budgets

• Review specifications and project documentation

• Conduct thorough site visits and condition assessments

• Collaborate with subcontractors for pricing accuracy

• Communicate estimate assumptions and risks clearly

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of estimating expertise

• Familiarity with restoration techniques such as waterproofing

• Proficient in Excel and cost estimation tools

• Strong organizational abilities and accuracy

• Valid driver's license for site assessments
