As a key team member reporting to the Construction Estimating Director, you will leverage 10 years of industry experience in engineering, construction, or mathematics. Your expertise will guide the preparation of capital cost estimates for new project opportunities and existing change orders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data input for full scope estimates and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive capital cost estimates for various project scopes

• Review contract documents, aligning estimates with clients' expectations

• Analyze historical cost data for benchmarking estimates

• Facilitate estimate reviews and present details for approvals

• Manage the transition of cost model data to project budgets

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or Mathematics

• Minimum 10 years' estimating experience in construction

• Professional designation such as CCP/T or PMP preferred

• Proficiency in estimating tools and cost estimation techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
