Position: OSCO Group Field Safety Advisor Role
Join OSCO Group as a Field Safety Advisor, focusing on safety training and program development while engaging with various operational teams throughout Ontario. This role entails significant travel and site collaboration.

Reporting to the Safety Manager, the Field Safety Advisor is vital in implementing safety policies and conducting training programs. Your responsibilities will include site inspections, incident investigations, and developing safety communications. Effectiveness in this role relies on your relationship-building skills and detailed knowledge of safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate safety orientations and training sessions

• Conduct thorough site inspections and audits

• Analyze incidents and propose corrective measures

• Engage in Joint Health & Safety meetings

• Maintain and improve health and safety documentation

Requirements:

• Experienced in safety roles for 3-5 years

• Knowledge of safety legislation and best practices

• Professional Safety certifications valued

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Self-starter capable of working independently
