Construction Scheduler

Position: Construction Scheduler at EllisDon
Harness your scheduling skills as a Construction Planner at Ellis Don, managing schedules and enhancing project delivery. Drive successful outcomes through strategic planning and collaboration.

As a Construction Planner, you will establish and maintain master schedules for complex projects within Ellis Don's Project Advisory Group. Your responsibilities include preparing Schedule Performance Reports that detail key indicators, such as S-curves and Heatmaps. By defining criticality criteria and efficiently addressing risks, you will play an integral role in on-time project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules in compliance with contract requirements

• Monitor and report on schedule-related risks

• Publish regular progress dashboards for project assessment

• Track and communicate critical path activities

• Collaborate with external experts on delay analysis

Requirements:

• Construction-related degree/diploma plus five years' experience

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

• Knowledge of various planning methods (EPC, Design-Build, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
