Position: Senior Project Coordinator at Webuild
Join Webuild as a Senior Project Coordinator in the Hazel McCallion LRT project, leading efforts in site administration and project documentation. This role is pivotal in managing complex infrastructure tasks.

As a key member of our Construction team, you will report to the Deputy Construction Director and play an essential role in ensuring project success. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a focus on safety and quality. Engage with project documentation and assist Project Managers in business development while maintaining critical relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site administration and project files effectively

• Track production quantities and equipment utilization

• Generate daily unit cost sheets and schedule documents

• Coordinate material deliveries and address discrepancies

• Conduct quality control inspections and uphold safety standards

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Engineering or Construction program

• Prior on-site construction experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to collaborate within a team environment
