Project Manager for Water​/Wastewater Projects

Lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a leading General Contractor in the GTA, Ontario.

This role offers a collaborative environment to manage projects from preconstruction to completion.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery through effective leadership. With a focus on leadership and strategic planning, you'll work with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project integrity and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects

• Develop budgets, cost structures, and financial reporting systems

• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on strategies

• Partner with the Superintendent on schedules and milestones

• Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of construction experience in project management

• CET or P.Eng. designation preferred

• Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
