Position: Join STRABAG as Site Engineer
STRABAG Inc. is hiring a Site Engineer to enhance our construction team. This role involves planning construction activities and managing subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

As a Site Engineer under the supervision of the Project and Construction Manager, you will tackle project documentation, resource forecasting, and collaborate on safety compliance. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role. Your contribution will be key in the development of innovative solutions and maintaining project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze construction drawings

• Forecast resources and plan surface activities

• Manage performance of subcontractors

• Produce and coordinate project documents

• Engage in quality control activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• Site work experience required

• Experience in shaft/tunnel construction an advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible and self-motivated work ethic
