Position: Project Superintendent for Water/Wastewater Projects
Join a leading Canadian contractor as a Project Superintendent focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure in the GTA. Oversee significant projects while collaborating with an experienced construction team.

As a key player with over 10 years of experience, your role involves managing major construction operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll coordinate field staff and subcontractors, develop detailed schedules, and identify efficiency improvements. This is an opportunity to lead projects valued between $75M and $100M or larger while impacting community infrastructure positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site operations from project initiation to completion

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Coordinate teams to enhance productivity

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules

• Identify and resolve design conflicts before they impact delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years as a Project Superintendent or Senior Site Supervisor

• Gold Seal Certification or relevant engineering designation preferred

• Proven success on wastewater projects of $75M+

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency with digital construction documentation
