The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of Iconic Power Systems projects by working closely with Project Managers, Construction Supervisors, Operations, and the VP of Substations & Special Projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project administration, maintaining project documentation, supporting client reporting, and ensuring project deliverables are tracked and completed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day‑to‑day project administration and support project execution.

Prepare and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Excel.

Manage project documentation, document control, change management logs, RFIs, and project records.

Assist with invoicing, quantity tracking, cash flow updates, forecasting, and client reporting.

Support logistics coordination and site administration activities.

Work closely with Project Managers, Project Controllers, Operations, and Construction Supervisors to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Maintain accurate, organized project files and records.

Build positive client relationships and provide professional project support throughout all phases of execution.

Qualifications
Education

College or University degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a project coordination or project-based role.

Design‑build project experience is considered an asset.

Skills & Knowledge

Understanding of construction project life cycles.

Knowledge of high‑voltage construction, civil earthworks, and project financial management.

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Working knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem‑solving skills and sound professional judgment.

Requirements

Valid Class G Driver's License.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with clients, field personnel, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
