Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Site Supervisors across various active sites

• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control

• Prepare and review project schedules and planning

• Oversee personnel hours and monitor productivity

• Advocate for safety compliance and best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience as a General Superintendent

• Expertise in ICI and commercial interiors construction

• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects

• Strong communication across project teams

• In-depth understanding of Ontario safety regulations
