As a Commercial Operations Supervisor, you'll manage schedules, resources, and communication to ensure project success. Collaborate with Commercial Superintendents and multiple teams while maintaining organization and prioritization. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules and resources for projects

• Support Commercial Superintendents in daily operations

• Organize teams and track project progress

• Communicate effectively across diverse teams

• Troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in operations or project coordination

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of construction documentation standards

• Ability to travel and manage a rotational schedule
