Student Project Coordinator at Amico

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with documentation and project scheduling tasks

• Maintain logs for RFIs, site instructions, and change orders

• Support project reporting through meeting minutes and updates

• Review and track construction drawings and specifications

• Ensure organized project files and digital records

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of construction software is a plus

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
