Digital Construction Coordinator

As a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Operations and engage closely with consultants, trade contractors, and project teams. This role involves driving the implementation of digital construction processes and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Your leadership will involve facilitating training and aligning digital initiatives with overall project schedules to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project support and coordination activities

• Collaborate with teams for effective digital workflow delivery

• Facilitate training on new digital construction tools

• Develop project-specific model-based plans

• Act as Model Administrator for assigned projects

Requirements:

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience in construction

• Proficiency in Revit, Revizto, and ACC tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of QA/QC processes in construction

• Positive relationship-building abilities
