As the Site and Quality Manager, your role focuses on ensuring construction quality and operational efficiency across solar carport and ground mount projects. You will leverage your hands-on experience to supervise daily construction activities, monitor compliance with specifications, and support subcontractor teams. Your contributions will be vital in meeting project deadlines and upholding safety standards throughout construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site supervision across multiple solar projects

• Coordinate daily field operations and subcontractor performance

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

• Compile documentation for completion and quality assurance

• Conduct periodic inspections and facilitate external evaluations

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree in an engineering discipline

• Minimum of 5-8 years in construction, including site management

• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and structural systems

• Valid driver's license and readiness for travel

• Safety certifications are advantageous
