You will guide teams through complex logistical challenges while acting as a key mentor to support the growth and development of site Superintendents and field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct all day-to-day site operations, ensuring absolute alignment with project scope, design specifications, and financial objectives.
Oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction crews and subcontractors across complex infrastructure environments.
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Superintendents, fostering a site culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Champion a rigorous safety culture through proactive daily planning, comprehensive site inspections, and strategic risk mitigation.
Coordinate complex project logistics, sequencing, and resource allocation. Drive short- and long-term construction planning, including detailed lookahead schedules and execution strategies.
Continuously monitor project performance, proactively identifying opportunities for field efficiencies while mitigating potential cost or schedule overruns.
Maintain strong, professional working relationships with clients, engineering consultants, and key project stakeholders.
15+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent, with a dedicated focus on major civil infrastructure projects (e.g., wastewater facilities, bridges, highways, tunnels, dams, or heavy civil earthworks).
At least 5 years of experience operating in a Senior or Lead Superintendent capacity, with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams and oversee multiple field Superintendents simultaneously.
Advanced expertise in project logistics, construction sequencing, and high-intensity site coordination.
