Graham is actively recruiting an HSE Coordinator for the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the HSE Supervisor, this role leads the health and safety program at site, acting as the primary safety expert for the project.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Lead Safety Programs - Manage health and safety at site and ensure compliance.
• Train and Mentor - Conduct orientations, deliver HSE training, and deliver toolbox talks.
• Investigation and Report - Handle incident investigations, analyze trends, and maintain accurate safety records.
• Engage Clients - Provide safety updates, reports, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive Continuous Improvement - Monitor site conditions, correct hazards, and support best practices.

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Occupational Health & Safety diploma or equivalent;
  National Construction Safety Officer designation required.
• Experience: 5+ years in safety or related field, with experience on ICI, rail, or transportation projects.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, incident investigation, and compliance; proficiency in MS Office and online reporting tools.

Compensation

• Salary Range $70,000 to $90,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
