Step into a crucial role as a Health & Safety Advisor at Beaudoin Construction, where you’ll lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance across construction sites. Drive a proactive safety culture by collaborating with various teams.

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting best practices at job sites. You will engage closely with site teams to identify and mitigate risks, conduct inspections, and manage incident responses. Your efforts will directly impact the overall safety culture and help maintain COR certification within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with site teams on safety risk assessments

• Support implementation of health and safety practices on-site

• Conduct thorough site inspections with follow-up actions

• Participate in planning for high-risk work activities

• Deliver training sessions to enhance safety knowledge among workers

Requirements:

• College diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related area

• 2-5 years health and safety experience, preferably in construction

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

• Bilingual (French/English) is a plus

• Experience with Safety Culture (iAuditor) preferred
