Position: AIA Billing Specialist for U.S. Projects

In this specialized role, you will support a U.S.

-based general contractor with your AIA billing expertise. You'll be responsible for preparing payment applications, managing retainage, and ensuring the accuracy of billing submissions. Additionally, effective communication with stakeholders is essential to fulfilling project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AIA G702/G703 payment applications

• Track and update Schedule of Values (SOV)

• Organize bonding documentation and contracts

• Maintain accurate project records and data

• Ensure timely follow-ups on documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Hands-on AIA billing experience in construction

• Strong background in G702/G703 applications

• Knowledge of retainage and bonding processes

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and project management software

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
