In this full-time, on-site position, you will use your 5-8 years of estimating experience to prepare and review construction estimates, ensuring that all specifications are met. This role emphasizes the importance of excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills, allowing successful collaboration with project management and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

• Analyze and interpret construction documentation thoroughly

• Coordinate bids and manage subcontractor relationships effectively

• Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings

• Maintain accurate project bid status reports for management

Requirements:
