High-Rise Project Manager

Salary:  $130,000–$170,000

Our client is seeking an experienced  High-Rise Project Manager  to oversee the successful delivery of major residential construction projects in Mississauga. This role is ideal for a strong construction professional who can manage budgets, schedules, consultants, trades, and client expectations from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate has proven experience leading high-rise residential projects and understands the pace, coordination, and problem-solving required to deliver complex builds on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-rise residential construction projects from planning through occupancy
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and reporting
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, trades, municipalities, and ownership
Identify risks early and resolve issues before they impact project delivery
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, design, and schedule expectations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-rise residential projects
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working on projects in the GTA is a strong asset
