Position: Project Coordinator for Major Projects
Drive project success at Iconic Power Systems as a Project Coordinator dedicated to Major Projects. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

This position reports to the Director of Projects and involves close collaboration with the Project Management Team and Construction Supervisors. Key to this role is managing daily project administration, updating schedules, tracking budgets, and preparing reports for clients. Your skills in organization and communication will play a vital role in achieving project milestones and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and control project costs, budgets, and trends

• Prepare and update project schedules using Microsoft Project

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

• Collaborate with Project Controllers to meet deliverables

• Build strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a project-based role

• Degree in a related field is an asset

• Knowledge of high voltage construction and civil earthworks

• Strong communication skills required

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed
