Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + RRSP + Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior renovation projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a construction professional who understands fast-paced renovation work, occupied spaces, tight schedules, trade coordination, and the importance of delivering clean, high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing commercial interiors, office renovations, retail, hospitality, or institutional renovation projects and can confidently manage budgets, schedules, trades, consultants, and client expectations.

• Manage interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reporting
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, design, and client expectations

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within interior renovations or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, finishes, trade coordination, and site logistics
• Ability to read drawings, manage budgets, and understand project schedules /li>
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working in occupied spaces or phased renovations is an asset
