Project Director – Ground-Up ICI Construction

Compensation: $200,000–$222,000 + bonus + benefits + RRSP

A leading General Contractor in the GTA is seeking a seasoned Project Director to provide strategic leadership across large-scale, ground-up Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects.

This role is focused on oversight, accountability, and delivery excellence
—guiding multiple project teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and on budget.

• Provide executive-level leadership across multiple ground-up ICI projects
• Mentor and lead Project Managers, Site Teams, and Construction Managers
• Own project financials, schedules, risk mitigation, and client relationships
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements
• Uphold best-in-class standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction

• 12+ years of experience delivering ground-up ICI construction projects
• Proven leadership experience with a reputable General Contractor
• Strong financial acumen and executive communication skills
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the GTA market
