This senior-level role encompasses analyzing project specifications, leading quantity take-offs, and developing comprehensive electrical estimates. Your leadership will guide less experienced estimators, ensuring timely project delivery and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and submission requirements

• Assemble accurate estimates for various project types

• Lead quantity take-offs using digital software

• Oversee submissions, RFQs, and RFI responses

• Organize site walks and pre-bid meetings

Requirements:

• Construction-related degree/diploma

• 10+ years estimating and field experience

• Proficient with Accubid and digital estimating tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of procurement methods and contracts
