Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare thorough cost estimates throughout project lifecycle

• Review extensive project specifications and drawings

• Collaborate with subcontractors for pricing accuracy

• Support proposal development for bid submissions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in related field required

• At least 10 years of estimating experience in construction

• Familiarity with Heavy Bid software preferred
