The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and completing specific projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

• Workingwiththeprojectmanagertoensureimplementationof Amico'ssafetyprogram,includingintegratingthesafetyprogramintoallsiteplansandproceduresandadheringtoallsafetyandrecord-keeping requirements.
• Promoteandmaintainaproductive"team"workingenvironmentwithin

• Directfieldoperationsinthedeliveryofprojectsbyadheringtoschedules,budgets,safety,andrisk.
• Assistwiththecreationof andreviewofsubcontractorscopesofworkandevaluations.
• Supervising,directing,coaching,training,andmentoringtheprojectteam.
• Developinganddrivingtheconstructionscheduleinconjunctionwiththeprojectteam.
• Ensuringthatcompletiondatesandmilestonesaremetwhileremainingcompliantwithbudgetandqualitystandards.
• Communicatingeffectivelywithtradesandensuringthatperformance,productivity,quality,andsafetyrequirementsaremet.
• Maintaindailysiterecordsandsafetydocumentation.
• Consistentlycollaboratingwithconstruction/projectmanagerandprojectteam.
• Otherdutiesasassignedbythe Company,relatedtothesuccessfulexecutionofthework.
