Infrastructure Project Coordinator Co-op Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in project scheduling and documentation preparation

• Help maintain logs for RFIs, site instructions, and submittals

• Assist in project reporting, including meeting minutes and cost tracking

• Liaise with field teams for optimal communication

• Support procurement tracking and material delivery processes

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction software beneficial

• Legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid driver's license
