Join Aversan Inc. as an Estimator specializing in heavy civil construction. This on-site role in Mississauga focuses on cost estimation for tunneling and underground projects.
The ideal candidate will contribute to detailed estimates and bid proposals, employing tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will review tender documents, perform quantity take-offs, and evaluate construction risks to develop accurate pricing strategies. Supporting tender submissions and coordinating with various teams is essential to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
• Review tender documents and assess project scope
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop cost models
• Coordinate with teams to validate project estimates
• Support awarded projects with ongoing cost reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-8 years of heavy civil construction estimating experience
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license
