In this full-time, project-based role, you'll operate across various mining sites and winter road operations. The position demands a proactive safety professional with extensive experience in remote locations. Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to foster a robust safety culture and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety programs across multiple projects

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits

• Lead toolbox talks and safety orientations

• Monitor cold-weather hazards and rectify unsafe conditions

• Maintain accurate safety documentation and training records

Requirements:

• Occupational Health and Safety certification preferred

• Experience in a similar role within mining or construction

• Knowledge of safety legislation and client requirements

• First Aid/CPR certification required

• Valid driver’s license for remote travel
