As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Glazing Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of glazing projects across multiple stages. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams, contributing to project execution, coordination, and overall performance, while developing toward full project ownership.

• - Support Project Managersintheplanning ,execution,anddeliveryofmultipleconstructionprojects
• - Coordinatecommunicationbetweenprojectteams,field staff,subcontractors,suppliers,and consultants
• - Assistinmanagingprojectschedules,budgets,andprogresstracking
• - Prepareandreviewshopdrawings,RFIs,change orders,andprojectdocumentation
• - Supportprocurementactivitiesincludingmaterialtracking,deliveries,andvendorcoordination
• - Assistwithsubmittals,close-out documentation,warranties,andcompliancerequirements
• - Participateinprojectmeetingsandprovideupdatesonprojectstatus,risks,and timelines
• - Helpidentifyandresolveprojectissues,delays,orcoordinationchallenges
• - Ensureadherencetosafetystandards,company policies,andprojectspecifications
• - Maintainaccurateprojectrecords,reports,and documentation

• - Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction, with exposure to glazing systems (curtain wall, window wall, structural glazing, etc.)
• - Diplomaordegreein Construction Engineering ,Civil Engineering,or Building Scienceisanasset
• - Experiencesupportingprojectsinafast-pacedcommercialconstructionenvironment
• - Proficiency in
  
  AutoCAD,Bluebeam,MSOffice,and/orestimatingsoftware
• - Strongunderstandingofconstructiondrawings,specifications,andprojectworkflows
• - Excellent organizational,communication,andcoordinationskills
• - Strong problem-solvingabilitieswithattentiontodetail
• - Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandworkbothindependentlyandcollaboratively
• - Eagernesstogrowintoa Project Manager role
