As a Mechanical Estimator, you prepare estimates for hard-bid, construction management, design-build, and stipulated price submissions. You assist bidding while building relationships with sub-trades and manufacturing representatives. The work includes organizing quotes, identifying scope gaps, maintaining pricing databases, and supporting successful project buy-outs and subcontract negotiations.

• Prepare pre-construction estimates and early-stage project budgets
• Submit guaranteed maximum price and stipulated price estimates
• Review drawings and tender documents for scope requirements
