Construction Project Coordinator

Coordinate construction projects onsite in Mississauga using estimating, documentation, and communication skills. This full-time office-based role supports project management and estimating teams.
REACH General Contracting seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator for project preparation, estimation support, and progress tracking. You will coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors while communicating project updates to clients. The position supports workflow from project award through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with project estimates and construction take-offs
Support tendering and bid submission processes
Organize project documentation and maintain records
Track progress and provide regular project updates
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
Construction coordination or project support experience preferred
Knowledge of estimating processes and construction documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
