Civil Construction Project Manager

Lead civil construction projects across Canada with Infracon, using project management, budgeting, and scheduling expertise while traveling to project sites.
As a full-time, permanent Project Manager, you will oversee civil construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion and close-out. Your work will coordinate clients, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will balance scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and safety across project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project life cycles from planning through close-out
Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project reports
Coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
Monitor progress, costs, risks, quality, and safety requirements
Resolve constructability issues and manage change orders
Requirements:
Minimum five years of civil construction project management experience

Experience with earthworks, utilities, pipelines, or road construction
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and financial experience
Valid Class 5 licence, First Aid, and CSTS 2020
