As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Glazing Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of glazing projects across multiple stages. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams, contributing to project execution, coordination, and overall performance, while developing toward full project ownership.

What You'llDo

Support Project Managersintheplanning ,execution,anddeliveryofmultipleconstructionprojects

Coordinatecommunicationbetweenprojectteams,field staff,subcontractors,suppliers,and consultants

Assistinmanagingprojectschedules,budgets,andprogresstracking

Prepareandreviewshopdrawings,RFIs,change orders,andprojectdocumentation

Supportprocurementactivitiesincludingmaterialtracking,deliveries,andvendorcoordination

Assistwithsubmittals,close-out documentation,warranties,andcompliancerequirements

Participateinprojectmeetingsandprovideupdatesonprojectstatus,risks,and timelines

Helpidentifyandresolveprojectissues,delays,orcoordinationchallenges

Ensureadherencetosafetystandards,company policies,andprojectspecifications

Maintainaccurateprojectrecords,reports,and documentation

What You Bringtothe Team

Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction, with exposure to glazing systems (curtain wall, window wall, structural glazing, etc.)

Diplomaordegreein Construction Engineering ,Civil Engineering,orBuilding Scienceisanasset

Experiencesupportingprojectsinafast-pacedcommercialconstructionenvironment

Proficiency in

AutoCAD,Bluebeam,MSOffice,and/orestimatingsoftware

Strongunderstandingofconstructiondrawings,specifications,andprojectworkflows

Excellent organizational,communication,andcoordinationskills

Strong problem-solvingabilitieswithattentiontodetail

Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandworkbothindependentlyandcollaboratively
