Coordinate heavy equipment operations with scheduling, safety oversight, and worker supervision at a permanent full-time physical workplace. This position requires organized execution.
The Supervisor Heavy Equipment Operators role requires one to less than two years of experience and a one to two-year college certificate or diploma. You will coordinate activities, manage staff, assign duties, and support work schedules. The position includes safety inspections, records, training arrangements, and complaint investigations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule worker and project activities
- Supervise five to ten workers and projects
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Inspect workplaces for hazards and safe conditions
- Maintain inspection records, reports, logs, and work records
- One to less than two years of experience
- College certificate or diploma from a one to two-year program
- Air Brake Z Endorsement
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work under pressure
