Airport Construction Security Manager

Lead airport construction security planning and access control from Mississauga, supporting major infrastructure work at Toronto Pearson.
As Security Manager with PACT, you will coordinate security measures across construction activities for Pearson LIFT. The role integrates security requirements with project plans, airport standards, regulatory requirements, and GTAA expectations. You will work with project managers, logistics leaders, site superintendents, coordinators, stakeholders, contractors, and airport representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific construction security plans
Submit security plans to GTAA for review
Coordinate access control checkpoints, gates, booths, and RFID systems
Conduct audits and inspections across construction sites
Document corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in security, construction, civil engineering, or related field
Eight or more years in security operations and project management

Experience with large infrastructure or aviation projects
Knowledge of access control, logistics, and regulatory compliance
Valid driver’s license and RAIC clearance eligibility
